Rachael Kelly




Rachael Kelly (@rkellyno4) is a personal trainer who graduated from Loughborough University, UK with a BSc degree in Strength and Conditioning. Rachael was also a competitive swimmer representing GB and England for the past 15 years. 

As a coach, Rachael is passionate about getting people involved in exercise but more importantly enjoying the experience and striving for great results.

Having being surrounded by world class coaches and athletes for a number of years, Rachael is keen to transfer her knowledge and experience to her clients so they can achieve their goals.
