what can you expect

Immerse in a wide range of training from boxing, MMA, CrossFit and fitness classes at Unit 27, to eating some of the most delicious food, massages on tap and not to mention a little bit of Vitamin D. We will take you on an experience you’ll never forget. Here you will be able to trigger a new lease of confidence you never knew existed. Our coaches will deliver talks on Nutrition, Goal setting, and Mindset. 

It’s easy to become addicted and this is just the start of your new path. The training schedule will push you but is totally achievable and adaptable to all levels and the nutrition advice and support from experts, will help create habits to last you a lifetime.
