Phil Snowden (@fatloss_performancecoach) is a personal trainer who first got into fitness when he joined the army, which eventually led to other sporting pursuits such as running, rowing, mountain biking, BJJ and MMA.
Phil specialises in training with "blokey blokes" (in his own words!) that would like to drop their body fat to a respectable amount. Beyond looking good aesthetically, he finds joy in helping his clients feel good about themselves, boosting their confidence in and out of their clothes and become superheroes to their families. Phil is passionate in building relationships with his clients and helping someone unlock their true potential gives him a buzz.
Outside of the gym, Phil is surprisingly terrified of mayonnaise.
