UFIT's Online Youth Academy brings our junior strength and conditioning program right to your doorstep in the form of specifically designed at-home workouts that can be done with minimal equipment.
Carefully designed by our academy coaches, the workouts are aimed at improving coordination, flexibility, power, strength, and conditioning all in the comfort of your own home!
For anyone interested in a more specific training program we also offer an online Rugby Pre-Season Program. Delivered through our training app the 4-week program is designed by our academy coaches, Peter Wright and Aaron Tregaskes, and the workouts are aimed at improving your Rugby game by developing your coordination, flexibility, power, strength, and conditioning all in the comfort of your own home with limited equipment needed!
The program is suitable for 8-16 year-olds and is delivered as a monthly package
