Nicola (@nicolaebarclay) fell in love with Fitness 10 years ago when she started weight training. After getting her friends into the gym and helping them transform, she realised that is where her passions lie. She was hooked on helping people on their fitness journey from then on, getting people feeling and looking amazing.
Nicola enjoys building a bond with her clients and figuring out their goals to help them get there. She loves helping them to build their confidence, strength and pushing them towards achieving goals they didn’t think were possible.
For Nicola, her personal fitness goal is to always stay consistent, accountable and to get stronger everyday. Her biggest fear involves dropping a dumbbell on her toes and her go to cheat meal is a box of cereal.
