Nicola fell in love with Fitness 10 years ago when she started weight training. After getting her friends into the gym and helping them transform, she realized that is where her passions lie. She was hooked on helping people on their fitness journey from then on, getting people feeling and looking amazing. For Nicola, her personal fitness goal is to always stay consistent, accountable and to get stronger every day. Her biggest fear involves dropping a dumbbell on her toes and her go-to cheat meal is a box of cereal.

Nicola enjoys building a bond with her clients and figuring out their goals to help them get there. She loves helping them to build their confidence, strength and pushing them towards achieving goals they didn’t think were possible. Nicola specializes in fat loss and building lean muscle mass, as well as strength and conditioning performance.
