Michelle is a professional dancer and personal trainer. From curtseying for candy in her first dance class to graduating as the first Singaporean at The Juilliard School in New York City and pursuing a professional dance career there, she found herself inexplicably drawn towards the works of the body and how different ways of training can elevate an artist's performance.
With her background in dance, her training philosophy is centered around finding the balance between mobility, power, and strength. She believes that the ability to move with ease is a luxury, and hopes to bring that to the people she meets regardless of their movement background. Outside of the gym, Michelle's still trying to figure out how to do this thing called "Latte Art" and overcoming her fear of penny boarding.
