METCON involves outdoor strength and fitness work, featuring tyre flipping, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, and other fun pieces of equipment. It's designed as a whole-body workout to build muscle and get your heart rate right up! Get your first class free by filling out the form below.
You can expect repeated and/or sustained high-intensity exercises, usually involving weight lifting movements, with short rest periods designed to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage. All of which helps with fat burning and conditioning.
