Lizzie Corbett (@lizzie_corbs) is a personal trainer who started her career in the fitness industry at the age of 18, as a Physical Training Instructor for the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom. She spent most of her military career at recruit training bases ensuring all service men and women were fit for elite operations around the world.

As a coach, Lizzie uses her military experience to help her clients unlock their fullest potential. Her style of strength and conditioning training is based around fundamental movement patterns, getting the basics right, and progressing by following a structured training plan. 

Lizzie loves a challenge, she has travelled around the world representing the RAF and UK Armed Forces playing hockey, netball, snowboarding, and all kinds of adventurous training activities. She also took part in multi-sport races, ranging from Ironman Triathlons to 40-mile ultramarathons.
