Lee (@lee_kiwi) is a personal trainer who got his start in Taekwondo at the age of 9. He found the passion in educating and coaching people by the age of 13, when he started instructing Taekwondo classes. Active in sports and fitness his whole life, he also played rugby and hockey in high school. He started going to the gym at 15 and has 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, starting his career in New Zealand before moving to Singapore.
Having worked with a variety of clients with different health and fitness goals and training experience, he understands that every individual requires a different training principle and method. He looks to push his clients beyond their limits to help them achieve their goals, while always putting their wellbeing first. Lee also specialises in strength and conditioning for all ages. Being able to make a difference in his clients’ lives is what he loves the most.
Lee’s own goal is to be fit and healthy even at the age of 90. His personal workouts revolve around strength training topped with movement, flexibility and endurance training, which he feels would help him be a role model to his clients. He enjoys the occasional beer and burgers for his cheat meal and makes pottery in his spare time.
