After a career in elite swimming medalling for Switzerland in national and international competitions, he pursued martial arts and weightlifting. Lali has been involved in coaching sports for over two decades, working with athletes and world champions. His initial motivation was from the coaches that developed him as an athlete and a person. Lali enjoys taking individuals to their next performance level.
To Lali, being fit and healthy means enjoying an active lifestyle and without age slowing you down. He works with clients to be stronger, healthier, and ultimately, the best version of themselves. He believes in developing sustainable growth through systematic programming and supports clients in making training an important part of their life. Lali enjoys working with clients from all walks of life, and finds it rewarding to be part of his client’s physical and mental journey.
