Why should I send my kids to UFIT Kids Camps?

UFIT Kids Camps is designed for any young athlete aged 6-16 years-old to learn and develop fundamental movement and sporting skills to help them achieve their full potential. Run by UFIT Academy’s qualified coaches, athletes will spend time working on their technical sporting skills in their chosen sport alongside learning proper ways to improve their sporting ability through speed, agility, strength and mobility sessions.

UFIT Kids Camps is the only camp in Singapore which provides high level strength, conditioning and sports specific training in a fun and friendly environment. The camps are organised by former professional athletes from top rugby leagues, football leagues and highly qualified staff support.

1. Multi Sports Camp: April 1-5, april 8-12

Classes start from 10 am - 3 pm everyday at CrossFit Bukit Timah

Open to kids aged 6-12, our young athletes will learn and develop skills in a different sport everyday such as cricket, handball, rounders, football, rugby and basketball in a fun and encouraging setting.

The multi-sports camps is ideal for kids to develop their interest in sports from a young age.

2. Rugby development Camp april 8-12

Classes start from 10 am - 3 pm everyday at CrossFit Bukit Timah

Open to kids aged 11-16, the rugby program covers all facets of rugby, and is designed to improve your skills and maximise enjoyment. Athletes will learn all the latest techniques and skills from the cutting edge of the game and will be encouraged to be their best.

Our team of experienced coaches work together to create a well balanced learning environment drawing from their different specialities to enable them to cater to each of our athlete’s individual needs. Your athletes will be receiving a fantastic amount of individual instruction and small group instruction with our highly trained staff.

The UFIT kids camps team of Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, experienced in their sports and are simply chosen to head up the camps for their primary purpose of making your child have the most memorable half term sports experience to date.
