Juliet Neal graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK with first-class honours. She also achieved a post-graduate certificate in advanced physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire. Juliet gained in-depth working experience through the UK National Health Service, in centres around London with clients from 5-90 years old.
Juliet’s client centred approach aims to respect the client’s individuality alongside giving choice of evidence informed options to achieve the flexibility, strength, coordination and power required for the client to achieve their goals. She holds a firm belief in the body’s own ability to heal and her passion is working with clients to maximise that potential.
Juliet's special interests cover back, shoulder and knee pain, tendon problems, running injuries and injury prevention. As a Mum with two children herself, Juliet has a further interest in ensuring her clients achieve their post-natal recovery goals and a happy return to sport. She is enthusiastic about the role of Pilates based exercise in the rehab process.
Naturally warm and caring, Juliet finds fulfilment in helping her clients to achieve all their aims, whether sporting, work related, or looking after the kids and enjoying time with the family.
In her free time, Juliet enjoys juggling, playing the trumpet and learning the ukulele!
