What is HIIT?

UFIT HIIT is a high-intensity strength and conditioning class. Adopting the principles used with training athletes, we incorporate mobility, strength work, speed development, and conditioning into one class. Each session is programmed specifically to so you can take your fitness to the next level! Get your first class free by filling out the form below. 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

You can expect a combination of pulling, lifting, swinging, sprinting using equipment including TRX, medicine balls, weights, barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, and dumbbells. This workout will not only develop your all-important body core, but you’ll also burn fat at an amazing rate and exercise your cardiovascular system. 

WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD?

The classes are held at Sentosa Cove and Fort Canning!

WHEN ARE CLASSES ON?

The classes are usually on at the following times, but please check the schedule to confirm!

  • Mondays - 7-8 am at Sentosa Cove
  • Tuesdays - 6-7 am & 7-8 am at Fort Canning
  • Thursdays - 6-7 am & 7-8 am at Fort Canning
  • Friday - 7:30-8:30 am at Sentosa Cove

IS HIIT RIGHT FOR ME?

This class is best suited to people with a background in functional training. If you would like to give it a go, sign up below for your free class!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

All you need to bring is a towel and plenty of water! Our coaches will provide all the equipment.
