Is group personal training for me?

If you and a friend or family member have similar fitness levels and enjoy working out together, small group training is the perfect way to reach your goals quickly! Group personal training allows our UFIT Personal Trainers to tailor and customise each session based on your level of fitness or ability. You will receive the same attention and detail and we will guide you on any questions that you may have for our personal trainers. 

In addition to cost savings, with group personal training you get the added benefit of motivation from both your peers and the instructor. There is more energy in a group setting and even a little bit of good, old-fashioned competition.

How many People will there be per session?  

We offer personalised group training for up to 6 people, and not only do you benefit from tailored training whilst having fun with a buddy, you split the cost making it a cost-effective way to do personal training.

You don't have to be a CrossFit Bukit Timah member to enjoy the offer!

Will i get results in a group setting?

You will get results as you will be trained at a high intensity while working with your Personal Trainer in your group. Our personal trainers at UFIT will also ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly with proper form and are effectively ensuring that you will get the most out every session.

HOW LONG IS A GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION at UFIT Bukit timah?

All session are an hour long.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM a group personal training session at ufit bukit timah?

Every session is programmed accordingly to your goals and our UFIT personal trainers will be there to guide you through your routine. Sessions will mix between using kettlebells, battle ropes, barbell movements, anaerobic and aerobic actitivies. If you have not done any of these exercise before, do not fear as our UFIT Personal trainers will ensure that you are comfortable with the movements.
