Greg Hawe Physiotherapist UFIT

Greg (@greghawe) is a Physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc. in Physiotherapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland along with a previous BSc. in Health and Performance Science from University College Dublin. An avid sportsman who played rugby, soccer, golf and athletics growing up, Greg worked alongside rugby teams as a physio and strength and conditioning coach in Ireland before working in a public hospital in Singapore with rotations in MSK and Sports Medicine.

Greg has experience working with all types of clients from athletes, teams, children and the elderly. He has a keen interest in all aspects of MSK Physiotherapy, particularly back pain, concussion, tendon rehabilitation, return to play strategies and strength and conditioning. He enjoys building strong working relationships with his clients and providing individualised programs. He loves seeing his clients take control of their own health and wellbeing and seeing athletes return to high levels of performance.

For Greg, being physically fit extends beyond physical training, and additional factors such as recovery, sleep and nutrition are something that he pays attention to. Being able to help people return to pain-free activity or to sport is something that keeps Greg going everyday.
