About me

I started weight training at the age of 20 and now do not go more than a month without working out. Back then at the start going to the gym wasn’t as popular as it is now and information wasn’t that readily as available, compared to the abundance of knowledge around now. Which inspired me to start learning for myself and understanding the industry. From there, the more I trained, the more Fitness evolved into a deeper passion for me.

Being fit and healthy is not just a hobby to me, it is a lifestyle that generates many positive benefits. I have always enjoyed working hand in hand with those around me to achieve their fitness goals. Each and every successful result my clients achieve, motivates me to go even further, because I take pride when I see them progress.
