About Me

Being a proud Welsh man and living only 60 seconds away from the famous Stradey Park home of the Llanelli Scarlets I discovered a passion for rugby from a very young age. I played rugby for a number of years but sustained a serious injury during my youth which ended my playing days. Leaving rugby behind, I had to find a new way to stay fit and strong, so I switched my focus to weights and cardiovascular training. Since then I have never looked back!

Being fit and healthy allows me to pass on the knowledge that I have learned to others, to help them enjoy all the amazing things the body can do. It also makes me smile every day and keeps me feeling young! I love meeting new people from all walks of life and learning new cultures. After running a successful Personal Training business for several years back in Wales, I had the opportunity to combine two of my biggest passions – fitness and wellness, and travelling. This has led me to where I am today.


My biggest inspiration: 
My dad. He has been through so much but still keeps smiling.

Southern fried chicken and chips. Kind of okay though as it has protein, right? ;-)
