What is UFIT Fundamentals Class all about?


Fundamentals is a pilates-inspired class which exercises your all-round core for a more efficient, stronger, leaner and mobile body.  The Pilates method of body conditioning is the complete co-ordination of the mind and body.

Who is this class for?

  • All levels are welcome
  • May not be suitable for pregnant women, it’s advisable to speak to the instructor before signing up for class (pre and post-natal specific Pilates are available)
