Our Functional Performance program is designed for those who want an all-round improvement in their strength and conditioning. Our coaches will design a bespoke program with a specific emphasis on the muscular and aerobic-energy systems and mobility development with the goal of improving your strength, long-term well being and performance.
Your program will be created by one of our elite coaches and designed to take into account your specific training history, goals, injuries, and your training environment, for example, your training timings/frequency, availability of equipment, etc.
Your program will be delivered through our mobile app which will provide you with direct access to your coach. You will also have weekly check-ins to continually assess your progress on top of a monthly call to discuss and plan up-and-coming training cycles.
