Flow is a yoga class, with physical asana practice and breathing techniques used to complement regular exercise whilst helping increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, and reduce soreness. It is a class focused on flexibility and well-being.
By attending regular classes, clients can expect to improve flexibility, have more control over their body, increased core strength, feel comfortable practicing breathing techniques and learning to sit in silence for short meditation sessions.
