Emily Whitelock Personal Trainer

Emily (@foodeliciouslyfit) is a UK Registered Associate Nutritionist, and a Certified Personal Trainer, whose passion for keeping fit and healthy flourished whilst studying her Masters degree in Nutrition. After completing her degree she started working for a UK based snack company and although working in the food industry gave her a real insight into the power of food labelling and marketing of products, she decided she wanted to switch her career to something she is passionate about ...helping people through the power of exercise and nutrition!

As a Nutritionist, Emily believes in fostering positive habit changes that are sustainable in the long term. As she has two science degrees under her belt she will certainly not be one to jump on passing food trends, but will thoroughly research anything she advises you to do!

As a trainer, Emily’s top priority is that good form is practised during any movement. Strength training and programming with the aim of body composition change are her forte. She enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them on their fitness journey. She wants her clients to feel they have achieved something every time they leave the gym.
