Elise has been participating and competing in a number of sports since a young age including competing at a national level in the UK in Athletics, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. Being inspired by incredible coaches she stepped into a coaching role decided to pursue a career in sport. She studied Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University where she also coached a number of sports teams and athletes
When she trains she wants to feel challenged, work hard and have fun and wants nothing less for her clients. She believes there’s no better feeling than that of getting fitter or stronger and that being fit and healthy also enhances confidence and increases social skills
With a wide range of experience she hopes to create training sessions that are designed to meet the needs of each individual. She brings energy and enthusiasm to her sessions and attention to detail to the programs she creates. She loves seeing clients achieve things that they didn’t think they could, whether that be achieving a long term goal or seeing a small change within themselves. She believes everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves so if she can help make a difference to someone's’ life and help them achieve a goal, then she’ll be doing her job properly.
