Simon has been in the fitness industry for 10 years in Australia. Beginning with 1-on-1 personal training, moving into running outdoor bootcamps and finally since 2011 running his own semi-private personal training studio in Sydney before moving to Singapore in 2017.

His passion lies in helping people reach their absolute potential and with a background in competitive sports (rugby and strongman) and a decade of study and training people he is sure to have the right tools for the job.

Tom is an Athletic Development coach who looks for the deeper reasoning to why you choose to pursue a fit and healthy lifestyle. From coaching elite & professional athletes, the physical and fundamental aspects are one cornerstone to achieving someone’s goal. Another cornerstone is the fundamental reason for wanting to undertake this journey. Their ‘why.’

Having been a former Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bristol Academy of Sport, he has helped coach elite athletes into professional settings before working on the Australian Gold Coast with Zone Transformation Specialists to learn about the deeper meaning of why someone really chooses to keeps a healthy lifestyle or to pursues a professional sporting career. Their mission was to help men and women connect better with their families and themselves to allow them to become better parents, partners, improve relationships with their children and ultimately become better people. This was achieved through not only the physical and mental but also emotional which ultimately lead them to their 'real' why.

Tom’s experience with elite athletes has allowed him to understand a person's deeper meaning, and pinpoint what is and isn’t helping people to hit their goals effectively. 

Tom personal mission is “To enable people to live their purpose by allowing every person the opportunity to achieve his/ her fullest potential.”
