What I love the most about working with my clients is inspiring them to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Every client has their unique background, needs, and expectations. Being a good listener is one of my strengths and key to understanding my clients’ goals before starting any exercise program. Having fun together is also very important to me. I like to include a variety of different types of exercises in my workout programs to to keep the sessions fun and engaging. Many wonderful relationships based on trust and success have been built with my clients over the years.
My personal fitness goal is to maintain a balanced lifestyle between family, friends, work, and working out on a regular basis. Before moving to Singapore and becoming a mother, I was running my own personal training business back in Zurich, Switzerland. My routine includes a combination of strength and endurance training, as well as cardio and flexibility. Outside of work, I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, horse-riding, and relaxing walks through the nature with my loved ones.”
My biggest inspiration:
My daughter. A child’s life feels limitless because they are not confined by fear of failure. Like her, I try to embrace life and all that it has to offer with open arms.

My unknown talent:
I’m a master of “The Ninja” ― an escape method in which after settling my little one in her bed, I exit the room in stealth mode using a combination of crawls, slinks and backflips 😂
