What is UFIT Circuits - Core Class all about?


Core training is a neglected and important part of training for performance, posture and general fitness. This class provides an opportunity for clients to target these, often weak, group of muscles within a fun and challenging group setting.

What can you expect?

  • Coaching correct form on all exercises and drills
  • Core stability exercises
  • Training through all planes of motion
  • Using training tools like Kettlebells, TRX and Bands
  • Targeting the troubling mid-section group of muscles
  • Pulse raising sets and circuits to get you going!

Who is this class for?

  • Anyone who is cleared for exercise and looking to increase fitness levels within a group setting
  • A good level of training experience is preferred but not essential
