Growing up in Chile, Camila is no stranger to playing outdoors as a kid, from climbing trees to rolling down hills, scraping her knees and then some! She enjoyed sports such as Volleyball, Field Hockey and playing Football in the streets (until someone hits a car and then they will run). Since her move to Singapore she has also tried her hand at rock climbing, boxing and yoga.
Camila’s dream is to be a ninja and flip around town, on top of practising parkour to escape from a zombie apocalypse if needed. Conquering the heights of Mount Everest and facing her fear of depths through freediving in the ocean are also on her list!
As a personal trainer, Camila is adept at forming connections with her clients to encourage them to push harder and believe in themselves. Believing that self-love is one of the hardest things to achieve, her aim is to help her clients get there and seeing progress in her clients is her greatest motivation.
My Biggest Inspiration: Oprah and Stan Lee.
My favourite quote: “Keep moving forward”, “Diamond in the rough”.
Go-to workout music: Dance/Electronic (if I’m feeling extra Latina that day then it’s reggaeton to the core)
My favourite cheat meal: Burgers, Sandwiches, basically anything with a bun.
My unknown talent: I paint awesome murals.
My biggest fear: Growing old and losing my sight.
Best piece of advice given to me: “If you can’t love yourself, how the hell are you gonna love somebody else?"
