What is UFIT Box Class all about?


High intensity training session focusing on boxing drills and techniques designed to burn a LOT of calories.

Box is one of UFIT’s technical conditioning classes that provides our clients an opportunity for a fun and challenging workout in a safe and supportive environment. Our aim is to teach clients the safe techniques of boxing, kick-boxing and Muay Thai through expert guidance and coaching.

Who is this class for?

  • Anyone who is cleared for exercise and looking to increase fitness levels within a group setting
