Did you know that there's no such thing as perfect posture?
As much as it's easier to 'get to work' with working from home as part of the new normal, many of us would undoubtedly experience a series of body aches and pains from sitting down for too long.
It's been a hectic month! But we've managed to emerge stronger as one community. We hope you've achieved what you've set out to do at the beginning of May. Congratulations to those who have crushed their goal! Fret not if you've not, now's your chance to turn that setback into a comeback!
We have launched our last Wellness Series video on Pain and Posture earlier this week. Check out UFIT's Senior Physiotherapist, Dave Lee's three recommendations to alleviate pain when working from home.

Challenge of the week
For the final week, we are challenging you to move at least 30 times in your next working day! Adjusting to the new normal, working from home sure does take a toll on our bodies. We often find ourselves in fixated positions throughout the day. Be it sedentary working postures, prolonged sitting and slouching positions, or repetitive work motions, it increases our risk of Work from Home injuries ranging from dull, aching pains to persistent muscular strains. So, sit up, stand up and move around to give yourself a boost in productivity and alleviate any pain!
