1 Month 1 Goal - Week #3

Third week of #1Month1Goal - we are sure that many of you have been working hard towards your goals!  After celebrating all the strong ladies last week, this week is all about Sports Performance!

This week we have all of the below lined up for you all the way till Saturday!

Monday: Tennis Challenge

After celebrating all strong ladies last week, this week is all about Sports Performance! We have another round of exciting events planned for you this week! But first, here’s your Week 3 Challenge - something a little different this time round. For tennis lovers, get your racket out!

Try out these two challenges set by our friends at Savitar! For challenge 1, whoever has the longest streak will win a 1-hour private tennis lesson! For challenge 2, everyone that participates will go into the prize draw to win an Adults Tennis Program class (Tennis Burn, Discover Tennis or Master Tennis). Good luck!

Wednesday: Runner's Roundtable

Thursday: Q & A With Marcus Smith and Free Youth Academy virtual class

Join us on Thursday afternoon for a special online rugby event with England and Harlequins Rugby player Marcus Smith! Marcus will be talking about his current training and nutrition regime during the lockdown in the UK with a 15-minute Q & A. He will then join in a 30-minute workout as part of our Virtual Youth Academy Class aimed at 8-14 year-olds. See you youth athletes at 4pm on Thursday 21 May! Register here.

Friday: Wellness Webinar

A health assessment can uncover key insights about your current health status, as well as identify any future risks for early intervention. Join Stuart Bauld this Friday 22 May at 5pm as he talks about "Health and Performance Screening - Data-informed approach to optimising training." Register here.

Saturday: Free virtual class

Worked hard over the week? Join us for a mobility and movement virtual class with our very own Leo Alvarez and get your body moving right and your muscles stretched out. See you at 11am on Saturday 23 May. Learn how to book your class here.
