1 Month 1 Goal - Week #2

Around halfway through the month of May and we are inching ever so slightly towards the easing of the Circuit Breaker measures. How are you getting on with your #1Month1Goal? With Mother's Day happening over the weekend we would like to acknowledge all the strong women in our community!


This week we have a few items lined up for the ladies (we have programs for the gents too so not to worry!) Check out what we have in store this week:

Monday: Fitness Challenge

#1month1goal week 2 challenge is all about AMRAP! Try and complete as many rounds as possible within 8 minutes. See how far you've gone, post your video here or tag us on Instagram and Facebook to get a free pass to our lucky draw for the week where you can win one A'kin Singapore Moisture Rich Miracle Facial Trio Gift Set (worth $55.90)! Be the one who completes the most rounds and receive 30 UFIT credits!

8-minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible):

  • 6 Push-ups
  • 12 Squat Jumps/Squats
  • 24 V Sit-ups

Tuesday: Pre-natal coffee morning

Wednesday: Free Women's Virtual Class and ladies night roundtable

Ladies, get your sweat on during the midweek with Tsvety Ivanova and her SHAPE class lined up for you at 7.30am on 13 May, Wednesday. No equipment needed, just lots of water and a towel. Book now here.

Later in the evening, join us for a round-table discussion with Eoin and Phil on all aspects of training, exercise and the female body. Thursday: Free POST-natal webinar

Learn about what to do and what to avoid for a speedy and uncomplicated delivery from our specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist, Lucie Lamprey as she presents Bouncing Back After Delivery. The do’s and don'ts for a speedy and uncomplicated recovery. Friday: Community quiz night
