Work with one of UFIT’s strength and conditioning coaches whose backgrounds include working in elite levels of sport such as Super Rugby, International Rugby, Professional Football and Swimming. The coach will design an individualised program specifically to help you excel in your particular sport or event and will focus on a movement assessment, strength and power, speed and agility, and energy system development.
Your program will take into account your specific training history, goals, injuries, and your training environment, for example, training times/frequency, equipment availability, etc.
Your coach will have weekly check-ins with you to continually assess your goals and progress on top of a monthly call to discuss and plan up and coming training cycles.
Your program will be delivered through our mobile app which will provide you with direct access to your coach.
