My strength as a trainer is in showing my clients a sustainable, evidence-based approach to training, providing a flexibility in their nutrition, and build training around their lifestyle.

Maybe it is because I am Irish, but I have always been drawn to travelling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I have worked as a personal trainer in cities in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. I also spent several months travelling and interning at gyms around the United States, meeting and learning from the best people in the industry. I spent nearly two years with Tennis Ireland helping the national team improve their physical performance.

My personal fitness goals is to achieve the best physique I can while staying fit and most importantly – injury free. Being fit and healthy to me means finding a form of exercise that you enjoy, and staying consistent with it. The exercise and foods that you eat should add to and enrich your life, not the other way around.

My strength as a trainer is in my ability to understand my clients and gain their trust. I love being a part of my clients’ progress, not only the physical changes as they lose weight and build muscles, but I love seeing how people become more confident in themselves and just generally loving life!

My favourite quote:
“He who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right.” – Will Smith

My go-to workout music:
Random motivational speeches from Youtube.

My unknown talent:
I sketch a lot.

My biggest fear:
Not achieving what I want to achieve in life.

My workout war cry:
