Personal Trainer

Timothy is a personal trainer who found interest in fitness when he started going to the gym at 15 and playing sports like Squash and Rugby. The ability to improve his body through movement and nutrition motivates him to constantly learn and apply his knowledge.

Timothy places emphasis on prioritizing his clients, identifying their goals and guiding them in a safe and efficient manner to equip them with a better understanding on their own bodies. He loves seeing his clients move better, get stronger, become more confident and making fitness a part of their lives. Being fit and healthy to Timothy is always trying to be better than yesterday and constantly be improving. Outside of the gym, Timothy has an unknown talent in doing impersonations and the occasional cookies and ice cream fuel his cheat meals.
