Munir

Exercise Physiologist

Growing up, Munir dabbled in numerous sports and recognised the value of an active lifestyle. Driven by his curiosity with how the human body responds to exercise, he pursued his studies in Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales. It was during this period that he got into marathons and ultra-marathons!

Munir has gained extensive experience in community health with Sport Singapore and clinical practice at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He loves working with all types of clients and excels in building rapport and taking a data-driven approach to ensure the best outcomes. He specialises in physiological testing, such as VO₂ max testing, designing exercise programmes for individuals at risk or with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, and strength training for long-distance runners and football players.
