Lali is passionate about taking clients to their next performance level – enabling them to leave the gym 1% better than when they walked in. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Lali specialises in weightlifting and strength training, addressing imbalances through a full body approach. He believes in developing sustainable growth through systematic programming and finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of his client’s physical and mental journey.

After a career in elite swimming medalling for Switzerland in national and international competitions, Lali pursued martial arts and weightlifting. he has been involved in coaching sports for over two decades, working with athletes and world champions.
