Ben played most sports from a young age, however focused on rugby as it was the sport that he felt the most love for. This led him to play at a fairly high standard and he begin to look at how to maximise performance on field. Whilst working with the rugby clubs S&C coaches, he developed a fascination with not only training for sport but also training for all round fitness and mental resilience.
Ben have the ability to make anyone from any background feel comfortable and confident in the gym. This then means his clients get some serious results and continuity in training. Ben has also worked in a typical 9-5 office role for a number of years so he understands that the gym sometimes can’t be number 1 priority, but there are ways to combat this and achieve fitness goals. Ben's been told that he's a pretty funny guy and loves to add humor whilst interacting with his clients.
