Aaron is a personal trainer who has been actively involved in sports such as rugby from a young age. Wanting to pursue a career in the sports and fitness industry, he completed his degree in Strength and Conditioning Science which led to work with rugby teams around London such as the London Scottish Academy, Rosslyn Park, Esher and professional rugby team Harlequins. He has also provided S & C support to racing car drivers and other athletes.
Aaron specialises in performance and strength-based goals, returning people to exercise and sport and he enjoys helping his clients develop their strength and performance targets on top of their personal aesthetic goals. His coaching philosophy revolves around building strength from the ground up, working through different ranges of motion, effective exercise selection and individualised training programs. On top of strength and aesthetic goals, Aaron also believes in developing skills, mobility and movement patterns while helping clients understand the relationship between stress, nutrition and lifestyle.
Outside of the gym, Aaron currently is also the head strength and conditioning coach for the Singapore Women’s National Rugby Teams – 7s, 15s and U20s. He also runs UFIT Youth Academy at UFIT Orchard, helping youth athletes aged 10-15 develop their sporting goals and general strength and conditioning. He could also teach you a thing or two about juggling, which is what he is currently working on, and we’ve been told he’s up to 5 balls now.
