Testimonials
I decided to embark on a ‘get fit’ campaign last May. In the past, when I have made similar efforts, I had always wondered why no matter how much I went to the gym, things didn’t really change. Well now I know: eating right is critical. This is where Cheryl and the Salveo Nutrition Plan came in. Cheryl explained how it all worked and went through my eating habits at the time. We worked out what I needed to tweak and put some goals in place. Following this she put together a selection of suitable meals for me to choose from. The meals are actually really tasty and I generally select my favourites, or at least the ones I found least complex to make! It took a little while to get into the routine but now eating right has become a part of my lifestyle. Combining Salveo with a Personal Training session with Cheryl once a week has seen me shed 13kg and 9cm round my waist. I generally feel a lot better about myself and have enjoyed this journey. I cannot thank Cheryl enough for her hard work and persistence over the past 6 months. I thoroughly look forward to continuing my training in 2013 and to achieving new goals!

I had genuinely tried every single diet going and had resigned myself to the fact that around 70kg was just the “natural weight” for my body. After speaking to a friend who recommended James (and with my wedding to aim for!) I very sceptically went to see him, convinced that he would not tell me anything new as I already ate healthily and exercised about 4-5 times a week. I was surprised that the first thing he did was cut down my exercise and when he examined my diet in detail he pointed out loads of areas, where I thought I was being ‘good’ when in fact I was getting it wrong. It was easy to get into the programme that James prepared for me, easy to stick to and I didn’t feel like I was missing out. The “cheat” meals really do allow you to lead a more normal life and I could still have a few glasses of wine at least once a week! I was delighted with my results and so pleased that on my wedding day I weighed less than when I was 16! I will now continue to eat in the way that James has taught me and am adamant that I will never to go back to being the person in the “before” photo.”

I started my Salveo plan in May 2010 having just got tired of feeling well…gross quite frankly! My friends had always been very kind in saying that I carried my weight well…..wish they hadn’t been so kind as looking back, I was massive!!! The Salveo team designed a programme that was realistiic and most importantly long termist, everything I actioned during the 10 weeks I still use today, and 7 months on I am still at my final weight. I have just signed up for another 10 week programme with a view to get myself into the best shape of my life before I hit the big 30. I can not tell you how brilliant these guys are…..do it !!!”

Having spent the past three and a half years settling into an ex pat lifestyle that was a lot of fun but had seen me balloon to 124kgs it was time to sort my life out. Salveo was instrumental in helping me do this. They targeted me with three goals; to get into the starting national team for Singapore rugby, get my weight down to 103kgs and improve my nutritional knowledge, all of which I achieved through hard work and the superb expertise of the Salveo team. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

After 6 months of trying to lose weight and killing myself in the gym 5-6 times a week whilst getting no results, I sought the professional advice of Salveo Lifestyle. They were so supportive and the results have been amazing – I am actually working less hard than I was before! I just wish I had got in touch with them a year ago!

Nico and I decided to take on the Salveo challenge after feeling we could benefit from some proper advice for living a healthier way of life that hopefully would show noticeable results &
something we could stick to &
carry on with. Having thought initially we lived a relatively healthy lifestyle with what we ate combined with the occasional gym/exercise session thrown in, we could not have been more wrong!
We were so surprised by what we thought was healthy & good for us turned out to be completely different to the programme James set for us. The 10 weeks seemed to fly by,
after following the totally realistic plan we both managed to reach our targets we had in mind, this was purely down to the constant support and guidance of James, who was a saint!
Even though the 10 weeks is up it is literally impossible to forget all the great tips and suggestions we leant which we still stick to daily. this was totally the aim of the game! We both could not recommend Salveo more.”

Since my wedding in 2003 I had been gradually putting weight on and I guess I was in a bit of a rut, I was one of the many people out there paying for a gym memberships that I never used.
It is fair to say I was quite apprehensive when I sat down with Salveo. I had images of eating celery and spending hours on the treadmill. This proved to be far from the truth,
I almost could not eat all the food they were asking me to eat and the training was short, sharp and really fun and just three sessions a week!!
I was convinced that my goals were going to be so hard to achieve…but I genuinely cannot believe how easy Salveo Lifestyle has made them!
I have never felt hungry, managed to keep to all my work and family commitments and I am well on the way to achieving my personal goals.
The guys at Salveo have been incredibly supportive – always on the phone if I have a question and even come to the gym with me to make sure I am working hard enough!!
The fact I was allowed to incorporate ‘cheat meals’ into my plan made it really manageable. I am so glad I entered in to this process;
I feel so much healthier and can’t believe how much energy I have, so much so that I go running round the local park with my son after work!
I finished my 10 week programme and signed straight back up for another 10 weeks, next goal 80kg’s!!

“Since being in a major accident 18 years ago, I basically stopped all forms of exercise and over the years, put on a fair bit of weight. Along with a job that requires a lot of client entertaining, I started eating, smoking and drinking more than I would have liked. Having got to a point where I was experiencing aches and pains due to poor alignment and feeling overweight, I decided to give UFIT and the Salveo Nutrition programme a chance. My previous attempts at dieting and exercise have never lasted more than a month and quite frankly quickly became a chore, so I wasn’t sure about how this would go.
