Small Group Training
THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
If you prefer to do your training with a partner, up to three friends, or with a limited number of people, we offer a few options for small-group training:
Studio strength classes
These indoor classes provide an excellent full-body work-out. As class sizes are small, you benefit from the close attention of a fully-qualified personal trainer, whilst enjoying the dynamic and motivating energy of a group. The trainer will tailor the workout to suit each person’s ability and goals, helping you maximise your results quickly and safely.
These classes are designed to build your core strength to complement your other fitness training, and to sculpt and tone your body. They combine strength work using our gym equipment (ski-erg, rower, trap-bar, battle ropes, kettle bells and more) with some cardio and core work to get your heart rate up!
All fitness levels are welcome.

MONDAYS - 12pm
TUESDAYS - 9.30am and 12pm
THURSDAYS - 9.30am
FRIDAYS - 12pm
SATURDAYS - 9am.
Personalised group training
If you and a friend or family member have similar fitness levels and enjoy working out together, small group training is the perfect way to reach your goals quickly! We offer personalised group training for up to 4 people, and not only do you benefit from tailored training whilst having fun with a buddy, you split the cost making it a cost-effective way to do personal training.
