Jia’s focus is towards strength, fat loss and hypertrophy (mass building) training for both men and women. Helping her clients with technique correction for injury prevention and focusing on day-to-day nutrition to achieve results. 

Jia is also a current local powerlifting and physique competitor winning several medals over the years. She currently holds the National Record for the Women's Open U67.5kg Powerlifting for the squat, bench press and deadlift event. Jia is also very disciplined when it comes to nutrition, supplementation and training. Being able to look strong from every angle means being able to lift heavy and look good at the same time. Jia's goal is to apply this knowledge and discipline to her clients.
