Our years of experience tell us that clients come for direction, support and motivation in order to achieve their goals. We understand that it needs to be fun to keep you interested and most importantly keep you motivated. We promise that every session will be different, but that we will never lose sight of your goals.
At UFIT we believe in functional training. This involves training the body for activities performed in everyday life and sports. This means we use specialist equipment and cutting edge techniques in order to achieve impressive results. We pride ourselves on the fact we are different and take a very intelligent approach to training. We strongly believe it is not about the hours you spend in the gym it is how you train while you are there. So if you are someone who wants to run on a treadmill for an hour and watch MTV this is probably not the place for you (we actually don’t have any treadmills….nor TV’s for that matter)!
In order to ensure we are on the right page with all of our clients, our trainers will cover the following before commencing any training;
- Goal setting
- Medical history screen
- Body fat and body measurement testing
- Full postural screening and movement analyses
- Athletic fitness testing
