Bootcamp

We cater for all levels of fitness, by streaming the group into three sets, green, blue and black.We realise that achieving a certain fitness level is a process, so we work with U on the journey.

We do not behave like drill sergeants, but we do challenge you!

Each of our clients receives a portable exercise kit, containing flex bands and a skipping rope.  Using this equipment, we take you through a professional warm up using balance, mobilisation, activation and core exercises to ensure you are ready for the hard work to begin!

Each of our trainers designs different programmes for every session!  Our boot camps are innovative and not repetitive.
