PERSONAL FITNESS COACH
Anna is a Premier Global certified trainer, who was previously working and training clients in London before relocating to Singapore. Anna specialises in strength training for women and metabolic conditioning.
Having always been very active growing up, Anna would try her hand at anything in the outdoors – surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, climbing, cycling, skiing. But her gym routine was far less adventurous and normally consisted of half an hour running on the treadmill, which became repetitive and boring with little progression. It was then that Anna’s attention got drawn to the weights area and it was from here that everything began to change. After feeling and seeing the benefits in and out of the gym, Anna decided she wanted share her experience and love of training with others so that they can also get more enjoyment and results out of their fitness regime.
With a keen interest in nutrition and postural correction, Anna takes an all-round approach with her clients to help them reach their fitness goals, so that they can lead healthier and more balanced lives.
